Virginia T. Tresco

Virginia T. Tresco, 88 of Corfu, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at ECMC in Buffalo. She was born June 28, 1932 in Batavia, to the late Gerald (Irene Colantonio) Tresco. She is preceded in death by sister Shirley (Gary) Cox, grand-nephew Nicholas DiMartino and brother-in-law Francis Penkaszyk. Ms. Tresco worked for over 40 years at Farmers Protection Credit in Batavia and was an avid reader. She had a huge heart, always giving to charities, lending a helping hand and was always there when you needed her. A longtime member of Resurrection Parish, she had a strong faith and attended church often. She is survived by siblings Geraldine Penkaszyk; Jeanette Cox and David Tresco all of Batavia; along with several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. There will be no prior calling hours. Funeral Services will be held privately. She will be laid to rest at Grand View Cemetery, Batavia.
