Troy A. Hokenson

February 28, 1969 — July 22, 2025

Troy A. Hokenson of Batavia, age 56, passed away on July 22, 2025 at his home in Batavia, NY. He was born in Gillette, Wyoming on February 28, 1969. He is the son of Murrie and the late Emma “Jackie” (Kleinbach) Hokenson.


He is survived by his father, Murrie Hokenson of Batavia; brother, John (Christine) Hokenson of Fredericksburg, VA; nephews and niece Jonathan Hokenson of Tower Junction, WY; Jason Hokenson of Austin, TX; Jeremy Hokenson of Fredericksburg, VA and Caitlyn Hokenson of Fredericksburg, VA; his aunt Jill Easton of Wellsville, NY; several cousins; Life Partner Tracey Kaczynski of Batavia; children Ashley Nemec and Dakota Kaczynski; and their grandchildren Kota and Phoenix.


Troy was a 1988 graduate of Belmont Central High School and was currently employed with Niagara Cooperative. He was a passionate Bills fan and a member of the Bills Mafia, an avid NASCAR fan, liked to run 5K races, and he cherished most spending time with Tracey and grandkids Kota, Phoenix, Jackson, and Amara at Darian Lake and various parks.


There will be no prior calling hours. A private Service will be held at later date for his family.
