Richard M. Potwora

Richard M. Potwora, 62, of Batavia passed away on July 7, 2021 at Unity Hospital in Rochester. He was born in Batavia on May 12, 1959 to the late Richard and Barbara (Johnson) Potwora. In addition to his parents, Richard is predeceased by his wife; Mary (Stevens) Potwora. Richard worked for many years at Syntec Optics in Rochester. He enjoyed fishing and NASCAR and loved baseball, especially his hometown Muckdogs. He is survived by his children; Cassandra (Jacob) Ward of Oakfield, Norman (Danielle) Michael of Batavia and Dustin Potwora of Miami; sisters Judy (Dave) DeJohn of Geneva and Karen (Fred) Potwora of SC., 4 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
