Nyla L. Jeffery

Nyla L. Jeffery, 77 of East Pembroke, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at her home. She was born January 27, 1948 in Auburn, Washington, to the late Robert and Lucille (Andrews) Jeffery. She is preceded in death by a brother John Thomas Jeffery and nephew Eugene Karren.

Nyla was a proud and patriotic United States Air Force Veteran. After the Air Force she went on to work at and retired from the Buffalo VA. She was an avid Buffalo Bills fan and animal lover. Nyla really enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

The family would like to thank the Batavia VA Home Team and her wonderful home-care team, especially Kathy.

She is survived by her siblings, Nadine Jeffery of Batavia, Dell (Zoe) Jeffery of Newcomb, NY; two nieces, two nephews, one great-niece and one great-nephew.

There will be no prior calling hours and services will be held privately. She will be laid to rest in Mt. Albion Cemetery with Military Honor’s.
