Nancy C. Steinke

Nancy C. Steinke, 84 of Oakfield, passed away peacefully on July 28, 2025 at United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia. She was born January 17, 1941 in Buffalo, to the late Jack and Claire (Zent) Morgan. She is preceded in death by her husband, Warren Steinke, sons, Warren and Randy Steinke, granddaughter Alexandria.

Nancy worked for many years as a florist and truly enjoyed putting arrangements together. She was an amazing artist in her early years, painting and drawing. Nancy loved to cook and set up family parties so that everyone could get together.

She is survived by her children, Brian (Kim) Steinke of West Seneca, AnnMarie Sam of Oakfield, brother, William (Diane) Morgan of Greece, NY; step-daughter Michelle (John) Allen; grandchildren, Rachael, Victoria, Alicia, Joshua, William and Brianna, Stephanie, Marissa and Blake (Katie); great-grandchildren, Luca, Karson, Jaxson, Paige, Matthew and Sylvi, Juliet, along with several nieces and nephews.

There will be no prior calling hours and services will be held privately by the family. She will be laid to rest in Elmlawn Cemetery, Tonawanda, NY.
