Mildred Gallo

Mildred Gallo, 83 of Batavia, passed away on Monday December 10, 2018 at LeRoy Village Green. She was born on November 27, 1935 in Oakfield to the late Ozario (Mary Marbello) Gallo. She is preceded in death by brothers Anthony (Rose), John Gallo; sisters Josephine (Joe) Joy; Theresa (Tony) Massaro; Betty (Frank) Spadicino, sister-in-law Delores Gallo. Ms. Gallo worked for many years at Angelica and was a lifelong member of St. Anthony’s Church in Batavia. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, bingo and trips to the casino. Ms. Gallo is survived by siblings Patsy (Margaret) Gallo, Frank Gallo both of Batavia; Sam Gallo of Williamson; along with many nieces and nephews, several great nieces and nephews. There will be no prior calling hours. A 12:00 Noon Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday December 15, 2018 at Resurrection Parish 303 East Main Street, Batavia, NY 14020. She will be laid to rest in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Batavia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Genesee Cancer Assistance 127 North St. Batavia, NY 14020.
