Mary Anne Perkowski

Mary Anne Perkowski, 71, passed away unexpectedly on January 11, 2026. She was born on July 8, 1954, the daughter of the late Carl and Regina (Maley) Perkowski. 

Mary Anne was known for her quiet strength and kind heart, her love of Prince, and her compassion for animals. She will be remembered for her devotion to family, especially her daughters Nicolle Fortes and Courtney Perkowski and her grandson, Drew Fortes-Crimes.Mary Anne is also survived by a brother, Joseph Perkowski and several other loved ones. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandparents Teofil and Amelia (Kloss)Perkowski and John and Helena (Lippold) Maley.

There will be no prior calling hours. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
