Marian E. Worthington

Marian E. Worthington, 91, of Alexander passed away on July 22, 2025 at the Leroy Village Green Nursing Home. She was born on June 25, 1934 in Alexander to the late Lewis and Cordelia (Goodman) Wight. In addition to her parents, Marian is predeceased by her husband; Raymond Worthington; daughter Susan Molek; son David Worthington; brothers Elmer, Leon, Carlton and Wally Wight; sisters Gladys Worthington and Winifred Beats.

She is survived by her son in law; Michael Molek of OH; siblings Loren ( Late Bernice) Wight of Bergen, Shirley (Late Gary) Goetz of FL and sister in law Donna Wight of Bergen; grandchildren Jason Molek and Julia Molek; along with many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call on Monday July 28, 2025 from 11:00AM – 1:00PM at Gilmartin Funeral Home 329-333 West Main St. Batavia, NY 14020. A 1:00PM Funeral Service will immediately follow at the Funeral Home. Marion will be laid to rest in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Alexander.
