Margaret M. "Marge" Mancuso

Margaret M. “Marge” Mancuso, 93 of Batavia, died at home surrounded by her loving family and care givers on Wednesday March 15, 2017. She was born July 12, 1923 in Batavia, to the late Sydney (Susan Bowen) Gear. Marge is preceded in death by her husband Dominic B. Mancuso; her siblings Sydney, Irving, Elwyn, Marion and Genevieve. Marge owned and operated Ceramic Bug Studio in Batavia. She brought much joy to her students and customers, teaching needle point, knitting, china painting and ceramics. She is survived by her beloved daughter Patti (John) Michalak of Batavia; grandchildren Timothy (Sarah), Tamara, John; great-grandsons Aaron, Eli, along with many nieces and nephews. There will be no prior calling hours. A Funeral Mass is tentatively scheduled for late April and will be announced.
