Madeline Z. "Lynn" Hoffman

History: Madeline Z. “Lynn” Hoffman, 61of Elba, passed away on Wednesday December 18, 2013 at the United Memorial Medical Center in Batavia. She was born October 1, 1952 in Batavia to the late Charles S. Zambito and Alta (Calarco) Zambito of Elba. Mrs. Hoffman was a member of St. Padre Pio Parish. She worked at the United Memorial Medical Center in the Collections Department. Lynn loved cooking, reading and most of all spending time with her family. Survived By: Lynn is survived by her beloved husband Paul G. Hoffman of Elba; sons Paul M. (Debbie Gramza) Clark of Elba; Chris D. Hoffman of Batavia; Matthew R. (Andrea) Hoffman of Virginia Beach, VA; daughter Jaclyn Hoffman of Boone, NC; brothers Charles (Patricia) Zambito of Elba; Rocco (Linda) Zambito of Elba; Joseph (Kelly) Zambito of Punta Gorda, FL; sisters Paulette (Brian) Bird of Elba; Mary Zambito of Elba; Alta (Mark) Giuliano of Ft. Myers, FL; Anne (John) Lexer of East Rochester; one granddaughter Cam Hoffman along with several nieces and nephews.
