Kathlene E. Bernard

Kathlene (Kathy) E. Bernard was born on July 26, 1954 in the town of Elba. Kathlene passed away on September 11, 2026.

She attended BOCES for cosmetology and graduated from Alexander High School in 1972. Her home was filled with love, laughter and there was never a dull moment. She was very well loved and cared for. She loved to bake, cook, read, completing puzzles and loved watching the Hallmark Channel. She loved listening to the oldies music and enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee. Her favorite colors were pink, purple and black.

She is preceded in death with her mom; Thelma Murray; Father Robert Murray; Daughter Jennifer Hale and Son Chad Ohlson

Surviving is her husband; Raymond Bernard; Son Ronald Ohlson Jr; Daughter Melanie Bernard; Granddaughters Kaitlyn (Jason) Phillips, Ashlee Ohlson and Ruby Ohlson; Great Grandkids Charlotte, Alex, Beau, Ashton, Felicity and Layla. She has several more Grandkids and Great Grandkids.

She will be forever loved and missed.

There will be no prior calling hours. Services will be held privately. Kathy will be laid to rest in Grand View Cemetery.
