Joan Rose Penvose

Joan Rose Penvose, 76 of Middleport, passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at United Memorial Medical Center, Batavia. She was born in Buffalo, May 2, 1947 to the late Joseph and Lorrene (Harris) Schreier. She is preceded in death by grandson Tommy Manzella.

Joan graduated from Kensington High School. She worked as a florist for many years. Joan loved her Rosie. She had a green thumb, crafts with her friends, enjoyed camping and being outdoors. Joan loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her beloved children, Janet (Dean) LaLone, Vince (Lori), Frank (Libby) and Tony (Diane) Manzella, grandchildren, Edward, Patrick, Andrew, Brittany, Chase, Austin, Sidney and Colton; 9 great-grandchildren, sister, Patricia (Mike) Kinney, along with nieces and nephews.

There will be no prior calling hours. A Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.
