James L. Metzler, 78, of Batavia passed away on May 16, 2023 at Premier Genesee Nursing Home. He was born in Batavia on August 14, 1944 to the late Leon and Ruth (Bennion) Metzler.
James worked for many years at Comstock in Batavia. He enjoyed going to the library and loved baseball, especially attending Batavia Muckdog games.
He is survived by several cousins.
There will be no prior calling hours or Services. He will be laid to rest in Stafford Rural Cemetery.
