May 5, 2025, our Loving Mother Mrs. Ada Bacon (Williams) went home to be with the Lord at age 89. She was born in Claxton, GA. She and her husband moved to Batavia, NY and remained there until her passing.
Mrs. Bacon was an employee at the Melton Factory and Outlet Clothing Co. in Batavia, NY and was a member of the Amalgamated Clothing and Textile Workers Union, where she worked until she retired.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Charles Bacon and is survived by her children: Charles Bacon (Greg), Christine Leach (Bacon), Kevin Bacon Sr., Wanda Bacon, Shirley Malek (Bacon), Paul Bacon, Adriene Bacon, Keith Bacon, and her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
Mrs Bacon was laid to rest in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Claxton, GA.
