History:
Mr. Klein was born in Batavia, NY son of the late John (Margaret Winling) Klein. Mr. Klein was retired from the City of Batavia where he was a fireman; he also worked for 38 years at Falcone Electric in Batavia. He was a World War II Navy Veteran and a long time member of Resurrection Parish (St. Mary’s). Preceded in death by brothers Joseph, Edward, Cornelius and Paul Klein, and sisters Cecilia Zackey, Eileen Amedick, Margaret Radice, Henrietta Imbrecht and Regina Redivivo.

Survived By:
Survived by his wife of 63 years Celia DiLaura Klein of Batavia, whom he married on June 7, 1947, two sons John Klein of Batavia and Donald (Joellen) Klein of Chicago, IL; one daughter Margaret (James) Brady of Henrietta, NY. One brother Henry R. (Bernice) Klein of East Pembroke, two sisters Helen Zorn, Veronica (Richard) Miller of Oakfield who survive along with 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation:
Will be held on Monday July 19, 2010 from 4 to 8 PM at the Funeral Home.
Services:
Prayers will be recited on Tuesday July 20, 2010 at 9:00 AM at the Funeral Home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in Resurrection Parish – St. Mary’s site, 18 Ellicott Street, Batavia, New York.
Burial:
St. Joseph's Cemetery in Batavia.

The Family suggests memorials be made to Notre Dame High School, 73 Union Street, Batavia, New York 14020.
