Mr. Wolcott was born in Batavia 50 years ago to Viola Cratsenberg DeSalvo of Batavia and the late Thomas DeSalvo. He was a driver for All American Discount Cab Company of Batavia and Lockport. He was a Navy Veteran and a former member of the former St. Nicholas Social Club. He was predeceased by his father in 2007, two brothers Andrew and John Wolcott and a sister in law Lisa Wolcott. |

In addition to his mother Viola he is survived by three children Cassandra (Michael) Kinne of Medina, Thomas J. (Katherine) Wolcott of Batavia and Anthony Wolcott of Bergen. Brothers Thomas (Mary) DeSalvo of Dansville, Robert (Mary) Wolcott of Ohio, Thomas DeSalvo of Batavia, sisters Milllie Wolcott of Batavia, Toni DeSalvo and Patricia Magglia both of Mt. Morris, Cindy (Jon) Bush of Batavia and Tammy (Joseph) Cicatello of Batavia. He is also survived by four grandchildren Joseph, Tray, Devin and Khloe and many nieces and nephews. |

Friends may call on Tuesday July 6, 2010 from 7 to 9 PM and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM at the Funeral Home. |
| Services: |
Funeral services will be held on Thursday July 8, 2010 at the Funeral Home at 9:30 AM. |
Burial: |
Burial will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery in Batavia. |
Memorials: |
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family. |
